TIANHUI HARDWARE

Inquiry privacy notice

When you contact Guangzhou Tianhui Hardware Co., Ltd. through this website, we use the information you provide to understand your requirements, prepare a quotation and follow up on your request.

Information in your inquiry

This may include your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company, country, message and selected products, sizes, finishes, SKUs and quantities. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information in the form.

Where the inquiry came from

We attach limited source information to your submitted inquiry: the page where you submitted it, the inquiry button you used when available, your landing page in the current browsing session, a referring website domain, campaign tags from the link you followed, device category and browser language. We remove query strings and fragments from saved page addresses.

Source information is held in this browser tab’s session storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is sent with a submitted inquiry and does not contain the name, email address or message you type. This feature does not record a full browsing history or use a cross-site advertising identifier. Some source information may be unavailable.

Our hosting provider may supply a country estimate based on the network connection. This can be inaccurate, especially with a VPN, and is kept separate from any country you tell us. Our inquiry records do not store your raw IP address.

Storage and access

Inquiries are delivered to our business email. When the inquiry database is enabled, they are also saved in a restricted-access database for our authorized team. We use hosting, database and email providers to operate these services. Those providers may process technical logs separately from our inquiry records.

Inquiry submission does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing mailing list. We use your details to respond to the request and manage the resulting business conversation.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests

Contact sales1@gdtenghai.cn if you would like to ask about, correct or request removal of information you submitted. Please identify the email address used for the inquiry. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for an ongoing transaction or applicable obligations.
